Xavier Associates is seeking highly motivated individuals for research opportunities.

Research Associates identify potential candidates by sourcing organizations and obtaining names and titles related to our client’s staffing needs.  We then recruit the names generated by contacting appropriate individuals to obtain their interest level in the position.  Research Associates work closely with our Search Consultants as well as external clients. We are looking for organized, driven, team players to join our team.  Xavier is offering an industry leading compensation package, eligibility for health insurance, dental insurance and 401K.

Position Summary:

• Obtain an understanding of the position to be filled.

• Discuss position with internal and external clients.

• Identify organizations to target.

• Locate specific departments within the organizations where the position would best fit.

• Identify the individuals within the organizations that are performing the targeted function using various research tools.

• Recruit the identified individuals by obtaining their interest level in the position being offered.

• Maintain an up-to-date, accurate research report.

• Contact clients with periodic updates.
