Candidate Research

Candidate Research is a cost-effective tool designed to assist recruiters in building a pipeline of pre-qualified candidates without the expense of traditional placement fees.

The fee is based on a pre-determined amount of hours (average 80) and billed at $100/hour.

Our research process:

  • Build a database of target organizations

  • Identify those performing the function desired

  • Contact those identified and present opportunity

  • Pre-Qualify by asking 4-5 knockout questions based on job spec

  • Obtain resume and do brief write up and forward to client to manage remainder of the process

  • Weekly updates sent to client with stats to keep them constantly informed of progress

Research Value Added services:

  • Of those interested, indicate who are of a diverse background.

  • Of those not interested, we take it to the next level and ask why, in order to gather as much market intelligence for our clients as possible.

  • Various levels of the function may be identified in the sourcing process and noted on the report for any other openings at different levels, which may arise for the client in the future.
